It’s been a while and that’s because I’ve been totally off plan since my holiday but this week I’m drawing the line and getting back on plan.

Thanks for always keeping it real!! This journey is definitely a rollercoaster of up and down moments. I’ve struggled most of this year and now currently on holiday..BUT hope to get back on plan next week or I’m going to be back to square one!

Hi Claire I'm so glad you're back. I came back off holiday about a month ago and just can't get back on plan. I've watched your vlog and you have motivated me - we can do this x

Maybe we can motivate each other 😀I think we underestimate how difficult it can be to get back on track after even a short holiday break 🫤 we got this 🙌🏼

@clairemariehoward I am either 100% on plan or completely off there is no middle ground with me. I enjoyed being in holiday mode but can't switch back. I've put on weight and no I need to stop. I've ordered the 2 books you mentioned as they might spur me on x

I'm the same Claire, either excellent or completely off!! I've got the new recipe book too but not tried anything out of it yet. Love your recipe vlogs. I have half lb to go to get my 2st award but currently sat in bed with covid😢 so of course I'm eating stodge!!. You can do this xxx

That's a good outcome, I'm 7lbs above target range just now! Can't run until the muscle spasm in my left leg subsides (it's been a week already) but I am eating well and getting my head back in the plan. Good luck!

You got this! I need to start running this week I know it’s gonna be tough but I can definitely notice the difference from not running 🏃🏻‍♀️ hope you feel better and get out again soon Cx

I sometimes have white toast with marmalade. I love ❤bread too. I have the high fibre bran for breakfast too. It’s really good. Isabelle is a nightmare with brushing her teeth lol 😂Don’t stress too much as some of that weight will be bloat. It’ll come off ❤❤❤❤The out and about book looks good. Xxx
