Keep the what you eat in a day and i like when you cook too. 2 new things for me that i didnt realise is the uncle bens sweet and sour and the pasta n sauce both being low sin. 👍 These kinds of things: easy to do, comfort food and you stay on plan, are the best. Win win win. Would love to see a best of video, whether its best moments, best meals, funny moments compilation. Your naturally fun and a compilation of some kind would be great to watch. ❤

I like all melon the same ,great shopping haul , I get them chicken , I'm going get that colflour rice , i never had that. Your food look nice as well.
@ChloePhillips_SW I'm going to collect a few put it in my kitchen drawers so I have them for future.. I've even been known to take lids off other yogurts in shops put on ones I'm going buy
