Thanks Nikki, I'm back on plan, massive veg food shop as like you I only eat chicken and fish but I want to experiment more with veg, so with the help of Jamie Oliver I'm getting ready! I love the weekly planner you use, very straightforward.
I’ll be really honest with you, I’ve loved your last few videos, I feel like you’ve gone back to how you was maybe a year ago, and it’s nothing to do with not wanting to see your gorgeous twins in your videos, I just love your honestly in this video in particular and found it really helpful x
Great post Nikki I felt like we were sat together flicking through mags saying ohhh that looks yum..naaa dont like that...ohhh nice but who can be arsed to cook that etc 🤣. Personally I dont do Instagram but I did look up the Sticky Chicken recipe and wanted to ask do you use Soy or Tamari (which I never heard of)? I'm not following anything in particular just taking bits and trying to eat cooked from scratch meals.
Puts me off abit when lots of ingredients,, I loose interest..as im omly cooking for one person..I know you can freeze stuff..I have to be in the mood. Thanks for showing us.♡ Ps I like your hair.

To be honest I looked through the pinch of nom recipe book because I was going to buy it, put it straight back on the shelf, I didn't find one recipe I wanted to do 🙈
We’ve just had chicken and leeks in blue cheese sauce from the pinch of nom book it was absolutely amazing. Not sure of syns though as I’m doing intermittent fasting and calorie counting but the recipes are normally low syns xx
michelle riley I’ve only been doing it for just over a week but so far so good, I lost 10 lb in my 1st week but I’m pretty sure that was a lot of fluid from Christmas excess. It gives you more flexibility to eat what you want but you still have to be mindful of your calorie intake x
