These are great videos! I know you mention what are free foods but some are also speed and others protein - would be really helpful for you to share that too 😊

I also put a potato in the microwave, then in the air fryer…..love your recipes, very easy for me to copy as I’m in my first week on Slimming World. They look delicious and tasty.

The biscoff oats are being made this weekend as a treat I'm so excited 🤩 struggling without a treat and feel this will sort me right out. Could you do it without the sweetner??? I'm not a fan xxx

Came across your video and really liked it 😊 I use BATTS fat free vinaigrette (Lidl’s own brand) which is free. I hope it is still syn free as I left slimming world so can’t check!
