Slip Stitch Join / Centre Seam 

This Video demonstrates how to join the right and left panels with a centre seam.
Working with wrong sides together. Starting at the bottom of your poncho.
Work a Slip Stitch join as follows: Insert hook from front to back of the top loops of each side, yarn over, pull through both loops. Continue until you have joined the required number of squares as indicated in the pattern.
