Ok, so this is an awesome little video where (I like to imagine that) I managed to get Jim Roots attention (1 in 50,000 people) and we had a debate over who the "damaged one" was. I was pointing at myself and shaking my head at him while singing. I dunno, was pretty f'ing cool either way. :) Watch and make your own judgement.
Such an amazing weekend and such an amazing band.

even though he is always such a beast on the stage, It is quite rare to see him sooo much hyped and exploding. Awesome!!

yeah once he had the surgery last year he had to tone it waaaaay down on the headbanging,but he's my favorite guitarist in terms of stage presence and energy

Well this was 2 years before his surgery, and he doesn't tend to go this crazy often

2008-09 jim always went this crazy,it wasnt until he cut his hair short when his headbanging slowed down

I'm a huge slipknot fan.. the type that buys both the vinyl and the cd just to support the band. And I'd never say anything bad about the band regardless of what they put out I'm just thankful they're still kicking our asses with great metal. And the entire band always give it their all on stage but I can honestly say out of the entire band I think Jim Root has been the most consistent with giving it his all on stage over the years, you can see in some other members when they're burnt out or just not feeling it which is fine because they owe us nothing but no matter what show I've seen Jim has always been there headbanging like a lunatic giving it his all as they all have I just think him the most consistent. And I've met him twice he's such a humble nice guy..
