i'd say the diversity is what I really love about this area. Just east you get into the nitty gritty of the city. head south and you get to experience the difference in culture and shops. North of the Lake in Berkley/highland are the "yuppies", and directly west behind the supermarkets you get to experience the working lower class. I'd say the neighborhood itself is very mixed in class. South you get the occasional screaming homeless man (though, friendly) and north you get the karen stroller-pushers. You truly get to experience denver in all directions and I love it!
Really good job on this one brother! That area is changing so much and I do get to that side of town pretty often since my parents live near. Love the way you always have difference guests on with you. You got a big circle of friends! I'm sure you're always networking. 🙂👍🏻
That area is still bad. I lived on Osceola Street and Colfax is still bad with hookers etc. so I lived and was raised there in the late 70s and early 80s and now it's ghetto with bad crime. Most of my family and friends left this area and would never go back.So um...NO and Hell NO! I would never move back or even live anywhere near Sloan Lake. Not now or never. Good luck.
Nah bro sloans lake is full of white people there’s no crime it was bad in the 90s tho I wish it was still the 90s bc the 90s- 200s gangs will scar the out of towners
This is what is wrong with Denver it’s to crowded because people couldn’t hack it in there home town and this guy thinks 17th is the south side 😂 and the west side isn’t Sheridan
