Thank you. My daughter and I will be in Ljubljana for four days at the end of the month. Are day trips to Zagreb and/or Trieste feasible oder is it better to stay in Slovenia?
Hi there! 👋 That sounds like such a fun trip! I would say a day trip to Trieste is doable as we did Piran in a day and they’re really close to each other. It looks like Zagreb is only about 1 1/2 hours from Ljubljana so I’d say that’s also doable. I’d definitely do 2-3 days in Ljubljana alone. It’s such a wonderful city! ✨ Lake Bled is a must if you’re in Slovenia too!

@@barbarawissinger Of course! We always love to give travel advice when we can. :D We wanted to get to the caves but overbooked ourselves on our day trip to Piran. I've heard Bavaria is beautiful! And what a great place to live, close to so many other amazing countries.
@@marshallandaimee Just wanted to thank you again. We had a few meals at the dumpling restaurant, but after the first visit asked for no sauce. We saw Trieste, but Zagreb is planned for next year. Will you be passing through Bavaria soon? Come visit us in Erding.
