You guys are ridiculous. The G major pentatonic is the way to go. LOL If you don't want to change scales with the chords, Just stay in G major pent. You'll notice some notes won't quite work but if you just keep experimenting, you'll know when you hit a sour note. The key is to play it over and over until it clicks in your head.

my backing tracks are for personal use only, practice, study. mastertrack is copyrighted. you can use the track for live performances, youtube videos. you can't use these exact track to sell. of course you can use the same chord progression, copy a similar arrangement, I don't mind, but you'll have to record the whole track.

@@JNJ4EV so you start by saying that you would love to buy it, put lyrics to it and sell then when Nick says no you says you wouldnt want to use it and only want original work. What a petulant child.

Start with G major, though you've got to play a D# instead of D over the B7 chord, same over the C minor and over the A chord a C# instead of a C. Sounds a bit complicated, but if you feel the chords then you can easily find riffs. Or alternatively try the G major and feel when it doesn't sound right change a semitone up or down and you'll get it. Or all together avoid D and C notes but that leaves you with something very basic.

@@NickNeblo I was robbed last year of my guitars and I live in Ga.We don't have an insurance commissioner as Beck has been indicted for taking money from the Insurance industry and I had American Family that my PA bought for me so she could get a bird dog fee. My day job was and is if I choose to go back to work is doing storm damage repairs. I started chasing storms in 2005 the month Katrina hit the gulf coast and I know AmFam don't pay claims. I was going to buy another American Fender Strat and a PRS but my insurance didn't pay. A friend told me about Harley Benton from Thomman Music in Germany. I bougth a double cut away Les Paul for $206.00, $269 drive out tax tag and tittle or shipping and custom fees and I am never going to buy anything but Harley Benton guitars agian. I have a HB 35 that is as good as a Gibson 335 that I bought for $200.00 and it came with extra tuners I didn't need so I traded them for a nice strap. I am either going to buy a HB Strat and an acoustic for $500.00 plus a bunch of pedals, straps, wireless cords, etc. but first I am going to see if they will give them to me for review and comparison. I can borrow a Martin and strat from my friend who owns a music store to do the comparison and review. I started a RU-vid channel 2 weeks ago and posted a few videos raw, live, and unrehearsed with limited equipment. I will be posting the same songs recorded through Audacity so it will sound 1000 tomes better. My idea is to show people how much better a song sounds when it is mixed, edited, and effects added. Check it out. Search Ronnie Baker Ronnie Rock Steely Dan cover. I rewrote the lyrics to Revolution I call Revolution II that will have graphics to show what each line says. I did a live raw veersion but I was having to read the lines and the vocals volume is too low. I want guys like me that think these videos are live and raw to see how doing it right sounds so muck better. There are so many great musicians who don't know how good they are because of the professionally mixed songs look like they are simply recording in their bedroom with an iPhone.
