Love your vids. Straight to the point, informative and no fluff. You rule! One question . . .does this recipe tend to be a bit on the watery side? Seems a bit goopy when you spoon it out. Would undercooking the pasta a bit and then putting it in for ~ 20 min soak up a bit of the liquid, or have you tried that before with mixed or disappointing results?
