Ingredients:
1 large onion
2 chicken breasts
2 bell peppers
1 tbsp tomato puree
2 cloves garlic
drizzle olive oil
500g pasta
cheddar cheese + mozzarella
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp all-purpose seasonings
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp parsley
salt + pepper (to taste)
Bechamel Sauce:
1 liter milk
100g flour
100g butter
salt, pepper
1/4 tsp nutmeg

If you pre warm the milk in a microwave before pouring into the flour/ butter mixture, it tends not to go lumpy!

Thanks for the recipe! Having made this I would suggest you ensure you add the milk slowly to the flour and butter mix when making the sauce! I got a little impatient and added it too quickly, which meant I had to add more flour to thicken it.. the taste of the sauce could’ve been better but it was my own fault for being hasty lol. Hope that tip helps someone
