Get well soon Keith, and same for Nat. You should try plenty of lemon tea with loads of honey, a slice of lemon with a few cloves stuck in it. Great for the throat. Well done for still managing to put out a video even though it's clear you're not well. Take Care 🫶🫶

Hope you're feeling better,but for your throat use some dissolvable paracetamol and gargle.also my flu remedy is in a glass put a good glug of whisky lemonade and sugar heat in the mircowave and take with a couple of paracetamol then go to bed. Hope this helps.

Poor keith oh men get a sniffle and its man flu i wouldnt like a man to have a baby he would think he was dying ,keith jve come down with yhis pesky cold going round it came on this afternoon sneezing nose running like is doing the london marathon and to make jt worse my son is clucking round me like a mother hen i hate being molly coddled your curry looked really nice if you had some left put it jn containers with the rice and in the freezer for a lays meal each lovr fran xxx

Why would you make a curry when you have a sore throat? Something plain,and soothing would be much better.What is man flu? Sounds like when men make a fuss over an ordinary cold,anyway Keith feel better,and take care of yourself,have some chicken soup, love to you both.
