I bought one and does not work on my Grand piano. As you can see from the video it is installed on a grand piano at first, but then the video switched to an upright piano (with golden hinge), simply due to it does not work on Grands. Fallboard mounting is different for Grand and upright - fallboard on Grand mounts on sides, otoh fallboard on upright mounts on a long hinge. Clearance between fallboard and keyboard is simply not enough for Grand piano to use this device...
Hi Raccoon Panda, based on our record, you have never purchased this device from us. The reason that the device was shown in the video first on a grand piano was because our upright piano already has the device installed, we just couldn't show the installation process again, we then switched to the upright piano because we didn't need to actually install the device to the grand piano as it already has a slow fall fallboard. In any case, if the device can't be installed on our piano for any reason, we are more than happy to provide you with a full refund.
