This is a shorter, but very sweet 30 minute deep stretch yoga class. If you are looking to increase flexibility, (mostly in the feet and legs in this class), you will enjoy this class. Slow flow and deep stretch still comes with its own style of intensity, so enjoy the opportunity to increase your flexibility. Let me know what you think in the comments below!

You are a great yoga leader! I love how you talk through each moment while still maintaining peacefulness. Also-I have been so tight and had yoga classes that are repetitive movements. These are all new for me!

Aghh that was such a long toe pose! But I kept with it and my right toes eventually melted down further than they ever have before - was worth the discomfort!

I enjoyed how you explained the technical aspects of each pose (where to feel the stretch, where to place your limbs, keeping the hips neutral, how to modify, where to relax etc), as I find some teachers just state the pose name. Helpful to know how to adjust the basics of a form as a beginner!

This was AMAZING! Thanks! My only criticism is that your constant throat-clearing was a bit irritating. Otherwise, this was just what I needed after a long walk.

I just wanted to thank Erin and Five Parks Yoga for offering these Deep Stretch classes, especially the 20-30 minute practices. I only have a limited amount of time to practice in the mornings before I head off to teach at a public school, and these classes have really helped relieve my neck, shoulder, back, hip, and hamstring tightness/ pain. Before becoming a teacher, I taught Yoga and group exercise classes, so the transition to a classroom has been very difficult for my body. My request would be more 20-30 minute deep stretch classes that address all the usual suspects of pain/discomfort. Thank you again!

Totally awsome i enjoyed u very much i drive a majority of my day my hips hate me lol i also do yoga daily have been for 3 yrs, i can't see myself without yoga, i also suffer frm knee pain and tendonitis of my arms, giving , too many massages lol, anywho i feel the difference this am, if u have any tips for my ailments plz share them☆☆☆☆namaste

I'm 65. This was CHALLENGING, and marvelous. I loved the breathing focus. and the breathpaced flow. About 12 yrs ago doc put me on High Blood Pressure meds - dang i been getting stiffer and stiffer immediately since then. About 15 yrs ago an interiim female doc had told me i needed to do some cardio exercises, but sadly enuf she wasnt the regular doc and i did not realise what would happen 3 yrs later - emergency room w 220/110 or something. I'd been doing yoga sporadically since age 24 and was not overweight or eating crap - so YOGIS keep up your cardio and dont for anything let them put you on Blood Pressure Meds.

Finally! Relief, release & relaxed. Thank you so much for making this video. This is my third day back into an exercise regime. My body was screaming at me this morning even after last night's Epsom soak. I tried multiple videos before finding this one. Because I am not experienced in yoga, I just couldn't keep up with them. There was just not enough time to even get the form correct on each pose let alone find the stretch I so desperately needed. Thank you thank you thank you for giving ample time really find each muscle and relax into the burn. Looking forward to checking out more of your videos and doing this one again. Probably even again tonight after getting all my workouts finished.

Thanks for your feedback Ashleigh! Keep up with your yoga practice. If you are doing a lot of exercise and newer to yoga, I would highly recommend that you practice and search for deep stretch/restorative classes. Try some yin classes too, they can really help balance things out if you are exercising a lot.

hi I am super duper loyal, I do your videos 2-3x a week (for like 7 months now), so I want to make kind suggestion- can you please start incorporating diff types of stretches in your videos? for example, I have fwd rolling shoulders naturally so the shoulder stretch in the begg of this video does almost nothing for me :( I notice u do this one often as well as some others that just don't work well with my body type. love u!! thanks for ALL of your awesome videos, I'm still not bored!! :)xo

Thank you, I needed this! I could not reach all the poses but what I could do really helped. Was feeling all emotional from PMS before, but now I feel calm and relaxed. Also had an emotional release from the right hip stretch, so I guess that was needed as well! 😂

Good, thanks. I started coughing at the beginning with the cat stretches, which I hadn't done for a while. Brought up some mucus. I have been tight, stressed, not practicing for a while. I've had sciatica and back issues, some trouble breathing and pain through torso. I have a tightness, sensation on left side below rib cage. It feels so great to do these stretches again. I did take the easier positions, too, and paused the video at times. Very good. Thanks again :)
