Smoothie recipe:
1 orange
1/2 banana
1/2 mango
2 dates
Handful of spinach ( 2 frozen bits )
700 ml Water
Chilli sin carne recipe
1 onion
1 tsp of mince garlic
1 can of tomato
1/2 bottle of salsa
1 Tb oregano
1 Tb cumin
1 Tb paprika powder
Cooked Lentils
1 packet of taco spice mix (optional) Doble the spices if you don’t use it.
