Very Calming. I live in a bigger city, but fortunate we have lots of parks and even hills with walking trails close by. I get out and walk several times a day, rain or shine. Thank you.

Finding peace in the city is something I'm more intentional now. During my 20s , I was neglecting that part of myself and thought I was okay with busy environments when, in reality, I enjoy quiet and peaceful places. Thanks for watching and commenting.
