Roxy (the cat) and I both enjoyed your video. The slow-motion added a lot of detail you can't really see, and Roxy seemed more captivated than with your videos with real-time tempo.. Many thanks!
This has become one of my cat’s favorite videos. A friend tipped me off to slow motion for cats and your slow motion videos are the best I’ve found. While my cat is enthralled with all the birds, the big black one with the orange beak seems to be extra-compelling for her. I think that’s just a blackbird? Gravy (the cat) absolutely loves that guy. Clearly I need to seek out more blackbirds for her.
I always enjoy your slow motion birds videos. It enables us to view the birds clearly -- in this video, their eating behaviours. Thank you for sharing the beautiful video, Paul.
Thank you very much Jeanne, for all of your very kind comments. I always feed sunflower hearts to the birds. I've found many garden birds enjoy these the most. Goldfinches, bullfinches etc don't tend to go for the mix seeds or fat balls. Fat balls are mainly popular with sparrows and tits. Thanks again and have a lovely week ~ Paul
