A quick video examining the recoil of a 12ga shotgun firing 3" magnum slugs. The slow-motion stuff is just interpolation using RU-vid's editor, so it's not all that great-looking, but it shows the recoil event well enough (apart from some distortion at the slower speeds). It's just a little something I slapped together for my own use while writing a piece on recoil pads, but since it was already online, I figured I'd switch it over to public in case someone else is interested in seeing it.

A note; I wasn't trying to "shoot tactically" or anything like that here. I'm just blowing up milk jugs for fun and testing some modifications I made to the gun's flashlight mount (which is why I'm lowering the gun after each shot, I'm inspecting the mount to see if it moved under recoil).
