We're headed out of Boynton Beach on the South Atlantic.
The game plan is to drop slow-pitch jigs, chicken rigs with squid, and check out the auto jigger. We are looking for mid-water and bottom species.
On the first drop, we needed to get our bearings. The surf and the wind were definitely higher than the forecast.
We are in deep water, and with these conditions and the spot being so small, it’s important that our drift angle and our gear are perfect. Throughout the day, we progressively get shallower, showing how we catch fish slow pitching jigging the entire water column.
Adam is the maestro behind this Auto Jigger. He has been telling us about it for over a year, and I was very interested to see it in action. This is a fun offshore fishing video, and you guys have a first-class seat on the bow with us.
