Just some help for your beer snippet... See: The way the beer looks in the glass. What color of range of colors? Is it foamy? Sediment? Opacity? Sniff: What aromas do you get? Floral? Citrus? Pine? Herbs? Malt? Chocolate? Savor: Coat your palate. Let the beer warm a little in your mouth to break down the alcohol. Breathe through your nose aerate it and reveal flavor. How is the mouth feel; viscous like whole milk or watery like skim milk? How is the carbonation? There are beer flavor maps you can find to help guide you when tasting beer. It helps to note the very first flavors you can recognize, then search in your mind's palate for flavors you know by memory.

That is so funny. I had a situation where I had Q10o and turned trips. My opponent bet on the turn and I raised and he called. On the river, I went all-in and he called. He had nine-ten. I won with the kicker.
