Thanks for video. I am 55, as well, and going to go through this training and see how well it works. My bat speed is at 75 MPH right now. Hope to get it at least into the low 80's.
@@doubleday6203 oh it will if you stay with the routine I’m guaranteeing it sir that for the comment please us updated on your progress and get your teammates to subscribe to the video the more the better
Hi Mike, I was just wondering if you could give me a quick idea of what your off-season workout is like. I do 3 day full body but, not sure how to make all the exercises explosive without risking injury.
@@billmineweaser1997 bill thank you for the question I’m going to give my exact workout in and upcoming video, so I don’t want to get ahead of myself but I’m so ready to share it with everyone. Update u really soon
Mine is only 10 mph difference but Im using about 26" broom stick attached to 8" of bat handle. My bat speed is nowhere near yours, should I use a wiffle ball bat? Am I doing something wrong? First bat measurements this week. I had a guy tell me about swinging a broom stick about 50 years ago. He was a very good hitter with terrific power, he was also a world middle weight arm wrestling champion this is when I made my handle stick combo but never followed through. so your saying you should do this only in off season? Thanks for your response.
@@roberttavenner9398 great question Rob , with as much as I get to play I usually start this training on October 1st, and end on January 13. That three time you can document your game bat speed. You could shocked at the first calculation but it will get to the point that your working hard for one mile gains. That’s were you want to get too !
@@MichaelHamilton5523 I havent personally used it, thinking of getting it, have seen some folks use it. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-f_gqrgfS9qg.html
