This is an absolute gem for this area until you go outside and you see the tree that is hovering over this trailer if that tree comes down in any storm that thing is going to destroy that trailer. I was actually considering looking more into buying this until I saw the tree
So keep looking, no reason to be a Debbie Downer. It’s been there for years - both this home and the tree. It shows pride of ownership and will be a happy place for the next owner.
Definitely don’t want to live under or near a tree that big. First off it ruins the roof from the debris but if it comes down in a storm, good luck. We selected our trailer and this was a definite consideration
Down yonder, sounds like your final resting place as you look at the clubhouse it reminds you of a modern day funeral home mausoleum where you can just step out of your mobile home and be rolled, riding to the down yonder funeral home and then you’ll be right upstairs with the big guy
