SMA inverter fault VAC BFR, what is this? 

Glad to see it working. We all need to generate our little bit, especially when the import cost doubles in April. Worth pointing out volt drop across long leads too. I swapped a 50m 1.5mm2 extension cord for a 2.5mm2 as the smaller reel lost 12% in voltage.

I got a bit of chuckle from that one😀 Glad it was a simple fix and at least you know what the code is now.

Hi Andy, Not sure about that socket outdoors without protection. Could get corrosion on the plug pins and also the fuse holder. Thanks for the video.

SMA inverter error codes VAC-Bfr and VAC-Srr seem to be internal codes for 'grid voltage too low' and 'grid voltage too high' respectively. Grid frequency out of range error codes are FAC-Bfr and FAC-Srr also. What 'Bfr' and 'Ssr' are short for, I can't work out. Just looked this up online, and am passing it on as I find it. If you don't have a label printer Andy, and I _really_ recommend them, you could do worse than use masking tape wrapped around and a permanent pen marker to label your cables outside and in the batt shed. I wondered about putting a multimeter across ac. But a true rms meter would be necessary.
