Interesting, it went literally the opposite way from the previous video about smart guys against dummies ! I guess the smart guys were too packed for one of them to get defeated and looted and start a chain reaction of "dummies" getting awesome equipment and defeating the "smart" ones.
the dummies didnt really have a standing army so they couldn`t defend themselves when the invaders came as angry villagers was inactive until the end of the conflict.

You should do a huge world with a bunch a people and just commentate what happens over like 1000 years, commentate over battles that happen alliances and watever you like Just an idea
They need tech trees maybe : If you had two civilizations of the same race that have, they would probably have their own tech trees on their sides. A Human civilization A would have very good swords and spears while a human civilization B would have weapons based on magic. A bit like how Europe and America met for the first time.
One thing I hate, I give my human or Dearven kingdom thousands of metal and stone and after 100 years of on and off pelting their land full of materials... They still use wooden sticks, bows and swords while they have 999 of the strongest metal... Just sitting in their stockpile for hundreds of years.
