The bakery we visited this time is Nitta Bakery, located in a residential area near Rokuharamitsuji Temple in Keihan. The bakery is loved by the locals, and has recently become popular among bread lovers who have heard of its reputation. The bakery used to be run by the father, but he suddenly fell ill and passed away. The store was temporarily closed. The three sisters wondered whether or not to continue the store. Until then, each of them would train at a bakery. Five years later, they reopened Nitta Bakery in the same place. The store offers not only standard items such as bread and croissants, but also seasonal original breads. delicious and wonderful bakery that I wished there was such a bakery in my neighborhood.
