SMALL Billboards have a BIG Impact on a Slot Car Layout! 

Buying a printer is a slippery slope, much like buying your first slot car. But I don't think you would regret it!

The volume is printed right on the bottle so I shouldn't have been surprised, but it is a little silly that they charge what they do for it!

Yeah, I love the loctite, but it is eating into my slot car budget!

I just looked that brand up on Amazon. Great find! Thanks for the heads up! I really like the "Gel" consistency I have been using. Do you know what thickness of Starbond would be the equivalent?

@@Show-MeSlotCars I never used gel type CA before but the starbond thick is like a syrup consistency.

I don't know how "right" my yellow is, but for your reference it is Elegoo PLA Yellow. I almost exclusively use Elegoo filaments now. I have my printer tuned to them, and they are both extremely consistent, and very cost effective. Hope this helps!

You do not need to get the same model I have to get started! I started on an Ender 3, and while I wouldn't recommend that one if you were buying TODAY, it was great when I got started. Finding a printer somewhere between the Ender 3 and the Bambu P1S will give you some great features without breaking the bank! With that said, I LOVE my P1S, and it just works plain and simple! Definitely gonna have to invest in a printer. Although I just bought some fencing for my track I want black shoulders . Not a big fan of the red and white .surprised carrera doesn’t offer those as well.

I am pretty sure removing the red and white paint would be a cheaper and more time efficient way to solve that problem. I love my printer, but I wouldn't recommend buying one just to print borders. 3d printing quickly becomes a hobby in and of itself.
