Thank you Sanjay. You explained very well why pathologists diagnose adenocarcinoma with a positive TTF1/Napsin A. In my case it was atypical cells in a very tiny part of a biopsy sample, so interpretation needs caution. Based on that they are saying it is cancer and to do a PET scan next.
