Awww Errika!!! I am so sorry this happened! I did laugh when she pulled that creepy thing out though! I was nervous when I ordered my last envelopes from a manufacturer! My son says they are Cat Nap and they are from Poppy Playtime with Huggy Wuggy lol! When in doubt ask the 9 year old! I hope everything gets worked out!! You handled it pretty well!! ❤

Oh man. When you were all out of breath from carrying the boxes upstairs, I was going to suggest you open the boxes on the stoop and carry the products inside by the armful... But if you open the boxes and they don't contain the right products?!?!?!?!? Yiksey!!! All I can think is somewhere someone who was excitedly waiting for their creepy stuffed monsters and Pooh keychains now are crying over a bunch of lovely binders. What a bad oops on the shippers part. The last time I ordered from Etsy, I was sweating and praying I would get the items on time and what I needed (I ordered a bunch of minis for a D&D campaign I'm running) I thankfully got them on time and right and I noticed afterwards that the Etsy person had written both my full name on the inside flap of the box and the product I had ordered on the other flap. I'm seriously appreciating their attention to detail even more now! Maybe suggest such a thing to your manufacturers when you write them your angry follow up to this disaster! Sorry this happened! I hope you get it all straight. But you got a semi-hilarious video out of it. Looking for lovely binders and finding scary monster faces!
