was just listening to a tim ferris podcast and he was just saying...its better to have an imperfect routine than to have a perfect plan you never follow. Great video!
People usually laugh when you trying to built new things, don't get demotivated and keep moving in the same direction with all your dedications. Soon you will surprise them with your results.
I just had one of my songs I produced played on the radio in four different countries multiple times in the past week. Some of my closest friends and family still can't even pick up the phone to say congratulations... you know why?? Coz they was talking sh't about me the whole time I have been trying to get some where with my art... well now look.. national and international radio play, my first official release. Their silence Priceless. DON'T YOU DARE GIVE UP! It's taken me ten years to start making things happen... be patient and never give up. You will surprise yourself...
This is definitely what I needed to hear... Most of the time, I'd choose instant gratification over delayed gratification. I'll definitely keep this in mind and have some sort of reminder to always aim for consistency even when not seeing result in the present.
I exercised for 10 minutes for 2 months and I did not see any results but when I had to run after lockdown I ran f faster than everyone else (I made my workout easy enough so I could do it everyday for the next 2 years )
I've listened to a few of these videos. Didn't feel like I was getting anything out of them. I got the message today. Just start. Do a little every day. And don't beat yourself up. 👍
@@UshankaMaster it's a valid question. If you've read David Goggins' Can't Hurt Me - motivation is crap. You need to have determination and perseverance.
The sociologist would say: "It's the logic of aggregation". Gandalf the Grey would say: "It's the small things, everyday deeds of ordinary folk that keeps the darkness at bay."
@am py Logically, many would do because it is just a bit more technical than Gandalf's quote. And you don't need to be a supporter of 'methodological individualism' (which I am not) to acknowledge the Logic of Aggregation (and tranfere it to the aggregated effect of sound and consistent dily habits)
This is also great advice for people with ADHD. I study algebra pretty much every day, sometimes just for five minutes, although on my days off I study longer. I've become so much smarter, soon I'll be able to take the GMAT and get a result I can be proud of 😊. Good Sunday everyone!
When people ponder time travel, they always are worried about small changes in the past drastically affecting the present. But no one seems to think that small changes in the present can drastically affect the future
What a motivating video for saving money, training, studying, eating habits, losing weight...can apply this for anything that will take time to show results. And when the results come to visible, everybody only sees that results come fast and try to mimic it with some fast method...we need more endurance and a way to make those small daily habits easy for ourselfs. Good luck!
Because school isn't to teach anymore it is to indoctrinate and destroy us through this next generation of woketards coming out into the world with no basic knowledge for living but lots of angst toward made up social problems and political correctness... so yeah don't expect anything good to come from schools. School these days is not where you should look to learn lessons about life and the type of person you'd like to be unfortunately.
Consistency is key.... I live my life by that motto. Last summer, I was at the beach and someone took a photo of me. Let's just say it was shocking. My weight had creeped up about 20-25 pounds over the years.....no muscle tone. Just soft and doughy and headed for middle age. Made a decision that day to eat better and to exercise and build muscle/burn fat. I do a simple home workout 6 days a week.......Consistently every week... I eat very nutritious food and incorporate intermittent fasting into my diet, And now....exactly 1 year later, Im lean and strong and feel better at 43 than I did at 33. Consistency is key!!!!
This channel is priceless. I first watched the dopamine detox video, and it literally changed my life. Now I am trying to make more good choices than bad choices, and every time I want to procrastinate, I try to do something in tier 2. Thanks for making me better than yesterday.
I have seen many channels which deliver motivational videos. But I think your channel is the one which actually highlights the basic actions needed to achieve the massive results and you explain very nicely using stories or so. I really love your channel and thank you for all the hard work that you are doing for us...GOD BLESS YOU...😇👍👍
If I may add to this, something akin to one of his other videos: (comfort zone). Discipline in the wrong thing doesn't get results... so I didn't work hard at working out until I found out why it wasn't as easy as it should be. I found out vegetable oils are suppose to be processed with the veggie fiber for me, stayed away from those added oils in products, and now working out and getting in shape for me is Easy. 😊 I hope you choose the right way on your path before toughing out the hard work, because yours might be an easier task than you imagine also! Good luck!
That moment when you go for a stroll in the park and a wild guy appears from the bushes brandishing a hammer, a huge nail and rushes toward the closest rock while laughing out loud. Always so relaxing to go out for a walk in the park
Have applied this for goals that needed to be achieved and the results are stunning. Take less time to achieve a task but focus all your attention on it. That fixed a lot of worries. Many many thanks bro
Great videos, man. I started improving my life this year after hitting rock bottom and I thank you because your videos are not only entertaining, but really helpful
Thank you so much for the time and effort you put in making this video~✨🍀☕ I am a mother of two, in a new relationship of 16 months (learning to live with a new person is no easy feat 😆) that has put every mental and physical skill I have to the test in order to preserve the livelihood of my kids, myself, and the quality that I put forth in my relationship.. My partner and I are in out mid-twenties and we are about to move and start a new life together from almost nothing in regards to our financial situation~😅 It has been really hard.. and even though my family is amazing, I am really scared of the future and what is to come in regards to the changing of our physical circumstances.. but this video gives me hope~ even if just a little bit.. just enough to motivate me to keep going with the small changes that I am making~🧡 Thank you again for your explanation and for taking your time to go in-depth with the practicality of each and every one of your videos~
i agree with the examples,if you go to gym and workout for 8 hours,it will not change your body shape suddenly at that time,if you go to gym and workout for one hour only but daily,it will change your body shape after a period of time like 5 month. For saving,if you save 100 bucks once,it will not grow,if you save 1 bucks daily, the money continue to grow as long as you continously save money, thus this situation will make you keep more money than keep 100 bucks once, for study,if you learn for 8 hours once, you only can study topic that can be cover within 8 hours only, instead you study one hour everyday, you have more time to cover many topic,to conclude, massive action once produce little result, small daily action lead to massive result, good result take time
I often think about momentum in life. When you get going on stuff and make any progress consistently, you get I to a groove, and that groove gets bigger and bigger, making it easy/normal to get things done. But you gotta stay in that groove, can lose that momentum quick, then it's hard to jump back in. I always tell myself "keep your momentum up", it's become vital for me.
Consistency has been underrated and not mentioned much by many success coaches because it is considered boring, and requires a lot of patience. However, the dividends it pays in the long run can be surprising and rewarding as demonstrated in this video.
I am working on something over the year now and results becoming slowly..so today I was in bad mood because I am still not where I want to be..but this video helped me today and I am not going to skip my routine today.. consistency is the key..
This is good advice actually, contradicting the old adage that "doing the same thing to try to get different results is insanity". Actually, persistence and patience might be just the ticket to get results. Sometimes, giving up is insanity.
@@BetterThanYesterday Upload at this rate only. This way the the quality gets maintained and this channel remains an informative channel instead of entertainment disguised as information. Gg💜
"It doesn't matter how successful or unsuccessful you are right now. What matters is whether your daily choices are putting you on the right path towards your goals" - very well put.
My favorite heath lifehack has been this question: if I eat this every day for ten years, would I be healthy? We often know what the right and wrong choices are, we most often fail to ask the right question in the first place.
This is a great life lesson for the 90% of human beings that only want to seek "comfort " in life --- watching Netflix, eating delicious fast food and sugar, blowing off the gym, going on Facebook, etc.- then they wonder why they don't get results or improve their station in life
This got me to subscribe. It took me years to get out of debt and when I got there, people said "I'm jealous. I wish I could do the same thing" well.. you CAN do the same thing. There's no secret to what I did. I straight up told someone 'This is going to suck, but it's worth it" and while they tapped out, I kept going. It's finding the motivation that can be troublesome. That's probably why writing down goals is important, to keep track of the small daily actions that lead to progress so you don't get discouraged and give up. That's when you lose for sure.
"4:58 If you learned 3 French words tonight, you still haven't learned the language." I just give up learning French at Duolingo, and this is what I hear. I feel like the Universe is talking to me...
I have to make notes about your videos because it is beyond useful. Normally we usually try to achieve big things but we do not make consistency routine and become less motivated after days, the reason is we focus on to see the results immediately. After watching your video i knew where the mistake exists and get the solution. Start from small actions combined and will see the results.
Every person on the planet should watch this video! This concept is so simple but so powerful, the problem is everyone wants everything right now. All success and all worthy goals take time to achieve.
I started my healthy lifestyle bit by bit over 15 years ago. Daily 1 hour exercise. Switching to whole foods and cutting out fried foods. And now I can proudly say... absolutely nothing changed. If anything I gained weight. Who can say if it was a waste. Maybe I would be dead if i didn't do it.
Endymion766 - Paul says in Bible, 'I struggle a lot to spread message of Jesus. But that work was imposed on me by God. I would be dead, rather doing it'.
Zaru Dk most people live on lies... The truth is that 1 hour exercise is just about 400-500 calories burnd if the person is efficient!. But alot of people think they can eat whatever they want because they exercise. So they burn 350 kcal on 45 mins kardio ( in the head of most that is 1 hour), then go out have a sigaret and eat junkfood ( energi drinks, sportchocolat) for 500-600 kcal... so in reality they build mussel and gain fat. In the mind of people like this they think they are healthy, but in reality they often get super fat when they get sad when they dont see the ressults in fatt% loss... then they think « exercise dont work for me because of genetics», when reality is that if you dont watch what you eat 99% of us get fat
This was just what I needed. The little things make up the big things. So the core workout I’m gonna do will help me get stronger so I can finally get my press handstand.
Overall I agree but sometimes its north worth the time. Sometimes its simply not for you. Yes you can spend years and acheive mediocre or even good result. However by spending same time into something where you have some sort of talent you will acheive great result and that will fuel your motivation to keep grinding. Its important to find what we are good at.
Your videos are amazing. Life changing concepts are presented in a straightforward, accessible manner. I truly believe that I have changed in a positive direction, mainly thanks to you. This girl is really better than yesterday. Thank you
Plot twist: The story you narrated at the start is not a fiction...it is real event and instead of the rock their is a mountain Even a biopic is made on this guy : Maanjhi the Mountain Man
