I’m someone who has always loved reading great books and exploring new ideas. This is a place where I share what I’ve learned along the way. I draw from different fields, such as psychology, philosophy, biology, economy, and many others, but every single topic falls under the personal growth umbrella. Using simple words and friendly images, I want to make my content easy to remember so that we can all benefit from it long term. My main goal is to help us become better than yesterday, one step at a time.
Focusing on the process and not the goal has a drawback. If I have a goal of writing a novel but the process is to just sit and write every day, I can easily find myself writing a lot of short bits on a number of different ideas without even tackling the novel.
The rat experiment is a very poor experiment because when the same experiment was repeated with a group of rats in a "fun" environment, they almost never pressed the lever

I liked the idea of experimenting to find your peak productivity times. I tend to be more focused in the mornings, so I might try scheduling my most important tasks for then. Do you have any suggestions for people who struggle to stick with a routine over time?
1. Wake up naturally 2. Drink water 3. Stretch until no stiffness 4. Review days plan 5. Meditate / clean 6. Gym or run (aerobic) 7. Water 8. Deep work after desk cleanup, removing distraction 9. Start timer
Please let me give you a like and a little bit of support. I just really feel like a mess, I've been glued to my devices, and I have enough self-focus to get off that screen. I really appreciate you. You've helped me with my mind, and I feel like I could achieve so much more. Thank you for your time, and capability, to consistently provide these most on top, helpful, videos. I subscribed. May the best luck win to you - Better Than Yesterday
