Small Family Mediterranean 🌺 || The Sims 4: Speed Build 

Please please please do a full overview of the save file, it would be so helpful for the people who don’t have a lot of packs but want to enjoy everything just the way it was made!

Please do a boho, beach style family home!! That would be so cute and I definitely need that in my game :)

I love Mediterranean houses so much! This house is actually mindblowing it is so good, and the landscaping is incredible. You come up with such good ideas, and in the Sims I struggle to come up with house style ideas (like windows and the structure) so I was wondering if you could do a build tutorial, and also suggest some of your favourite colour schemes. That would be so good and helpful! Also congrats on 95K, I know you will be at 1M someday!

I did the exact same house by watching this video in slow motion so the exterieur and landscaping took me more than 3 hours and omg the roof was definitely challening😭 After watching and trying to do one of your videos, all I can say is RESPECT to your work👏🏼👏🏼

From personal experience with the BFF house, having the furniture that close to the outside fire pit always causes them to catch fire. I've had the same problem with the Bailey-Moore house too. Beyond that, this house is so lovely! Super excited to play with it!

I’m from a mediterranean country and I can say that the exterior of this house is really similar to a traditional house that can be found in a town near the sea so it can be a building from the south Italy or Spain. The only thing that isn’t quite right is the interior. In fact this kind of home usually have a lot of walls, which separate the space, so the kitchen (for example) is in a room and the dining area is in an other one. The rooms also aren’t usually that big and comfortable,such as a classic american suburban house, but they are pretty small or narrow and kind of akward. The kitchens don’t have an island very often (because they are quite small and here we don’t use to have one😉) and the very traditional houses haven’t a wood floor (only the very expensive and renovated buldings have this kind of floor). These houses usually have a terracotta tiles floor (I don’t know how you say that 😂😅... it looks really close to the tiles-one from jungle adventure) and this floor is in ALL the rooms of the house (ALSO in the bedrooms -I know that can seem strange). Obviously those are only some tips and tricks that you can use or not and I really didn’t want to be rude or complain about your buildings (which still beautifull) 😊😉 I think you are really talented ad I just wanted to help you to improve... so: -I love your channel -Greetings from Italy 💕 EDIT: OMG THIS COMMENT TURNED OUT SO LONG! 😂😂

this is such a bright and lovely house! I think two women would live here with like a giant dog and they’re trying to adopt

A good family to live here could be an adult couple (genders don’t matter) who decide to adopt a teen who has been foster care most of their life. (I can’t remember if teens are available to adopt (it’s been awhile since I’ve used that option) but you can always age up a child in CAS).

This is a really nice build, very bright and fun

When you dragged the swimming pool towards the back it seemed so aggressive I literally flinched

I like the idea of them adopting. Maybe one of the parents is a writer(like you said) and the other is a gardener? They probably both have the bookworm trait as well.

Such a beautiful build. Considering that most of the build - aside from the nursery - doesn't seem all that kid friendly I would say that the couple here either became pregnant by accident or maybe a relative (like a sibling) passed away and they're having to take in their niece/nephew to raise? Maybe these were career focused sims or they just saw their dogs as their babies and now they have to adjust to raising a child when they never planned to be parents.
