It is very hard sometimes to nurture one's self, even though we nurture and look after everyone/everything else. I aspire to lead a life like yours one day, I wish I could start now, but I am not in the position to be able to right now. Which is ok, everything happens for a reason. hello you beautiful one. i used to be very lowandtired all the time when i was your age. my whole energy , vitality, and strength came back after I ate red meat every day for at least one month. if you are not interested in this up your vit. b's. especially 12. You are so healthy! there must be something you are missing for your vitality not to be where you want it. for me red meat changed my life literaly. i was aneamic because my body's health was lost eating any meat a few times a month. Fortune came my way at this low point in my life when i started working for a world class nutritionist. she prescribed red meat..beef, lamb, some turkey, 2x a day along with tons of vegg. My vitality roared back! happiness too. even now, when i dip low i add red meats. I am 70. Please forgive my unsolcited advice. I wish you vital health to accomplish your dreams ! ADORE your channel. This is very true! I also do this now. We have been lied to terribly with the food pyramid to keep us sick, and big pharma rich. Invert the pyramid and eat thatvway and you will thrive! 😊

Thank you for the inspiring videos! 😍🌻I'm writing this without any specific advice in mind, but I just wanted to share my experience. 🐱 I listened to a lecture by a gastroenterologist on stabilizers, so I have stopped using xanthan gum in my baking. Psyllium and flaxseed flour help to thicken (my recipes are also gluten-free and don't contain sugar, syrups, honey or dates, as I am type 1 diabetic). And after this lecture 😄😄 I am also trying not to buy products that contain xanthan, guar gum, or maltodextrin.

Eugenia with all due respect. We are what we think. This constant negative vibe can only bring a negative outcome. We need to learn to move on and not dwell so much on the past or how things could have been.
Es absolutamente increible,que haya una gran cantidad de personas que enfermen por estos meses de Junio,Julio…No os hace pensar que es por las vacunas del covid? ,más teniendo en cuenta que las diferentes gripes son en Otoño-Invierno…El huerto ecológico nos enseña que aplicando compost y enriqueciendo el suelo,sin añadidos químicos sintéticos,nos da alimentos mejores para nuestra salud.Porque no aplicamos este aprendizaje de la tierra a nuestro propio organismo?? Han jugado con este tipo de vacunas y el envenenamiento del consumo de alimentos procesados y químicamente tratados que están dando unos resultados dantescos.
