This would make an awesome off grid property. Metal roof awesome for water capture. Great sun exposure for solar panels. And plenty of open space for a series of pole mounted wind turbines. The house is small but gorgeous. Kitchen could use updating but still nice. Me and the Mrs. always say we don't want a huge house. The larger the house the more you have to clean. No neighbors. So nice. And lots of space to venture out and enjoy nature. Camp right there at home. Not only buying your home but endless stay-cations. For us this is a dream home. Thanks for sharing.

Metal roof ? Where I live tile or shingles only, I don’t think they even know how to put on a metal roof. They want $15-20K to put one on! Love the house, land, birds, cows. Great farm, love it, keep up the great work, gives us hope. Wonderful video! Garden would be awesome! -JLC

This property definitely a great farming business and very good for retirement and means of living. But the house, the fence and barns needs some repaired or remodel. Other than that everything is so perfect. This is my favorite property.. Nice home and decent living and seclusion is a plus.. Im so grateful i watch this video brad. Im so near in moving to U.S. I just let this virus finished and then its good to go☺☺☺☺

Years ago I was talking to a woman from Iowa about Kentucky tobacco barns. She told me she didn't know all of them spaces were on purpose. She just thought they were Junky. But she was Probably thinking livestock and not familiar with how tobacco is grown. Nice girl and and really didn't know. But the ventilation helps the tobacco cure. And Personally I found it to be abit of a nasty plant to work with at times. But then again I don't use tobacco products. I would be in trouble if I had to do that kind of work today. It is Labor intensive. Last time I cut it I was paid 10 cents a stick. Unfortunately I was to fat to be fast. Somebody that was fast could make some real money in a days work when cutting it. Housing it I was paid by the hour. This one oldtimer like to give me a hard time over needing a ladder to get up into the Rafters. They all admitted that once up their I done better than they thought I would. Unfortunately by the time I started working in it I had gotten fat. Being short and fat ain't the best combination for that kind of work.

Hi K Carpy, I said it was toile --- and one of our wonderful subscribers made mention, that it is actually Damask pattern. So there - I learned something new. Now I'll have to remember that in case we come across another Black and White Damask bathroom! :-D

Hi starhit, it seems to be popular though... I just don't get it - people build that big house, go in debt for the furniture that has no resale value, then.... the land always goes up in value AND utility. I can grow food on my land! Nice piece of land, but as far as taxes, I think TN still wins out. Property taxes in many parts of TN would 60-70% less and for people that are retired and make a lot of their income on interest and dividends, TN does not tax them starting next year! Problem with TN is that prices are going up so much and so fast!
