I hope any guests you guys have at the Airbnb will leave it looking as nice as they found it. I'm sure viewers will rent from time to time so we all need to remember how hard you both worked to have the house looking as nice as it is. Kitchen is great. Just the right amount of kitchen goodies, beautiful organized. Another nice touch I appreciate is just four coffee pods powder coffee mate as stater. Sometimes you get in late cannot get to store, nice to have that next morning coffee.
I am so glad to see you added a tea kettle! I am not a coffee drinker and although most places I’ve stayed (bnb, airbnb, hotels) offer tea, the only way to heat water is to use the coffee maker, which makes it taste like coffee 😝. Y’all have done a fantastic job on this Airbnb! Wishing you great success!
Beautiful and amazing job. As a renter myself I would appreciate the work you and Chase did. We did a rental when we went to Disney several years ago. Being on vacation we didn't want to cook. We did order takeout or pizza most nights.. Paper plates and plastic utensils came in handy along with Saran Wrap.

Hi Ashley. Love all the spaces. The whole house is beautiful. I just noticed that there are 4 pcs for each utensils and the plates and bowls are service for 6. Have you considered adding another set of utensils? Everything is perfectly laid out. Great job to you and Chase for the vision for this place.
I love this beautiful kitchen. ❤ Just a word of advice if you never had rentals before, WATER is your worst enemy. A clear bead of silicone around the edge of the cabinets and floors could save you $$$$ . Alot of people don't treat them home, they treat them just as a rental and won't take the same care you or I would. You & Chase have done an awesome job.
Beautiful! I would def get another set of silverware and paper plates. Could be more than a family of 4 or they need more silverware during the day while running the dishwasher once. Just a thought.
I was thinking the same thing with silverware. We always use more than one fork or spoon per person per day and no one wants to wash dishes more than they have too while on vacation
Just a suggestion, l would put child proof plugs in all low electrical outlets.You don't want any child getting hurt.The house is really coming along gorgeous.

Another idea for you, if you haven’t done it already, is to keep a list of everything so in case something goes missing/lost, you can get it replaced. One tip from an avid air b and b or vacation home renter is to keep checking up on your cleaning service. We've stayed in a lot of homes where things are super clean and then others where the baseboards, corners of the floors, under beds are gross, dusty and dirty (even have found chips, popcorn under beds/ furniture) cupboards that are greasy and gross, dishes that have been put away in crummy cupboards, disgusting coffee pots. It's really frustrating when most of the reviews say super clean and you arrive and have to clean first. We stayed at one in Florida. The photos were awesome. Most of the reviews were awesome a few that said could have been cleaner. We found dead bugs, the outside of the cupboards had a film of grease over them. Dishwasher was nasty. Crumbs in the corners of the kitchen...but ALL of the baseboards were disgusting with a very visible layer of dust and hair on them. The owners of the property lived elsewhere and entrusted their home to a cleaning service which obviously was not doing their jobs. That was just one home. Another home in Arizona was a couple who lived in an adjacent home, did their own cleaning, which for the most part was very clean until I dropped my earring and had to go searching...under the bed. Gross! Don't think that had ever been cleaned. Good luck to you guys! I've been following you through 2 houses now and this latest adventure. Can't wait to see more!

I definitely need to organize and de clutter my kitchen. I feel like a have so many bowls, plates, etc that we never really need. I had kept it minimal, but then the country went on lockdown I was tired of constantly doing dishes and now we have so much. Thanks for showing a beautiful space! The kitchen turned out beautiful. You picked the right pieces to display and the wood accents against the white give it just enough pop of color tying in the stools, the shelves and overall the space. I love the idea of having welcome snacks. It's a nice gesture you don't expect but a pleasant surprise nonetheless. The personalized mugs was a nice touch. You both put a lot of love and attention to the home. Everyone will feel at home away from home. 👍🏼Chase and Ashley. You both outdid yourselves.

Ohhhh, I think that is the stove/microwave combo we have our eye on... (Except we are electric, unfortunately. I miss gas soooo much from up in NY). We had decided after getting the dish washer that the stove would be next when we had to, and then we will just replace the microwave at the same time since they are inexpensive, then gift our current one away.
Hi! We have never had a junk drawer. We use all of our items and keep them in their place. Everything has a home. Lol! 😊 The countertops look nice in this kitchen.
This kitchen is just gorgeous! I am going to use it kitchen as my inspiration when we get ready to refresh our kitchen, as it is a galley kitchen (I think that's what it is called) like this one. I especially love the cabinet built around the refrigerator. I currently have no cabinets above the fridge and as you know, every bit of space is valuable in a small kitchen. Our plan is to paint our current cabinets, add hardware (none now), and add an extension of a lower cabinet with drawers to use as the coffee area. Right now I am using a small 4-drawer chest for my coffee bar. I have white backsplash now that I like so no need to change it. I absolutely love the countertops as well. Would you be willing to share if you used quartz or granite for the countertops? The whole aesthetic of the kitchen is just lovely and looks so bright and sunny! I love that! I have a window over my sink and 4 windows in my breakfast nook and I just love the natural light they give! Thank you so much for sharing this project renovation with all of us, as I now have a great inspiration picture for my kitchen. Yay!!! It’s nice to have those little touches of home when you’re not. We stayed in a place that had a frozen pizza and bottle of wine with a note just asking you to enjoy and replace and after the nightmare of traffic that made for a six plus hour road trip, it’s usually three, nobody wanted to get back in the car to get food.
We cook all of our meals on vacation! We would appreciate having a well stocked kitchen! Cleaning supplies is huge too, some places had very little which made it hard to clean when we needed to. Great job!!

Your kitchen came out very nice. Like the deco and that map thing is a great idea to see where your guest is visiting from. I would love to visit out there one day all the from Oahu Hawaii. I can’t wait to come to Tulsa and stay. Gloria and I had a Pink Flamingo party a few years back about the third weekend, Saturday, of March. It was so much fun. I’m thinking we should do another one this year. So, I’m going to try to coordinate it for the third Saturday of March. Everything looks so good 😊 I know you’re trying to be so accommodating to your guests and that is very sweet of you. But I would never use open containers of flour, sugar etc. I’m sorry I’m just not a very trusting person, in this day and age that we find ourselves in.
The whole house turned out beautiful! I wouldn’t mind living there. I don’t think I would ever leave our little town though, but it would be nice to visit and bring my grandkids to play at the Gathering Place. Great job guys!!
