Hello 👋🏾 in your video when you guys was measuring the foundation of your custom home. Why did you do that? Was it to make sure that home was the actually size of your floor plans?
Thank you so much for being REAL❣️❣️❣️Hour house is so well planned out and pretty! KUDOS to you and Chase for taking all the building glitches so well🥰. At the end of the day, just be thankful you did not build with BridgeWater! Or in Colorado! 😞.
20:54 Please share where you purchased your champagne gold flatware set. They are beautiful and I am looking for this color specifically. Thanks in advance.

Thank you, Ashley. Your videos always come at the right time for me... I am now in the stage of finishing the house... I have greatly benefited from your ideas and applied them in my new home... Thank you again. ❤
Trash can near where the car is parked is something we have done for a few years. So convenient. Nobody gets out of the car without checking for trash. The bin is almost beside the drivers door.
Hi Ashley, I love watching your videos and getting new ideas. Your mirrors on each side of the bed is what I would like to elevate my bedroom. Do you have a link for those? Your video helped me to decide to store the dresser mirror and hang my tv for a cleaner uncluttered space. Thank you so much and I will be following all your other suggestions. Renee
It drives me crazy when you clean outside or in the garage and don't have any shoes on lol. No hate I just feel like your gonna step on something or hurt your feet girl. Anyway I love watching your videos. Your homes are beautiful. ❤
Scissor placement is a very helpful hack. I've placed scissors throughout the house for years. I still need to put a pair in my car. I inherited small foldable scissor I carry in my purse.
I use Dr. Beckhams stain removers, but they always say to leave on for 10 minutes max. If clothes are being washed every 2-3 days or longer, then the stain remover is on for way too long and can damage the clothes.
For your drapes I bet you could find those poles (I don’t know the technical name) like they have in hotel rooms to pull the drapes open and closed. That would probably help you get it one the connection part easier. Loved that last tip! I was needing that last time I brought my bins in because one arm was full of mail I was bringing in and I was wishing there was a way I could bring in both with one arm. Now I know it’s possible. Yay.
Not sure if this will help with the curtain dilemma but, many years ago I worked in retail clothing and we would use wax paper on the rod. It helped the hangers slide more easily across the rods. Just grab a piece of wax paper and wipe down the rod with it.
I haven't tried it, but maybe the tape hack with the curtains. Tape the tape to the rod and leave the tape on the other side and then the curtains are able to slide over the tape making it easier to pull the curtains across the rod.
