Beautifully done as usual! Most of us who’ve been watching your channel from close to the start know what to expect...exceptional craftsmanship and a quality product, built to last. Prior to watching your channel my Wife and I were scouring the Internet to find shower pans to fit our not so industry standard dimensions. That was prior to being introduced to the Shlutter System, by you. We’re just about finished up with our kitchen remodel, new subfloor and installation of our Flooret Rigid LVP. Then it’s on to the bathrooms. At this juncture I feel we’ve got a good idea of how we’re going to tackle the jobs and we’re armed with some great tutorials and examples from you!

Once again great video. I was wondering about the life of the blade on the IQ. I to have a portable AC unit but often have no way to vent it out. Once again I appreciate you sharing your knowledge as well as replying to my questions. Tile on. “FLIP”

The blades do burn out quick, but we make more money to cover the cost not having to walk in and out of the bedroom.

What do you usually use in the bottom to hold the tiles in level? Is it baseboards? Do you nail it into the studs?
@LandbergTileTV
@LandbergTileTV 3 года назад
drywall usually, we screw it into the studs. Any ridgid material will work.

Hi mate, I’m from Australia and love your videos and I’m wondering where did you get your tile suction and change able trowel and the handle because it safe lots of space in toolbox. How do rate IQ saw table because I’m after one and I can’t get any in Australia. I will appreciate it if you can help me please. Thanks

I have a question about the IQ saw. I do respect your recommendations. Would you say Situation dictates when you would actually use the IQ. I would like to purchase it for some of the smaller bathrooms just to keep the clutter down. What percentage of the time do you think you use the IQ saw over a wet saw. I do appreciate you sharing all your knowledge with us. I am torn between making this purchase, could it replace or wet saw totally. Thanks again. “Flip”
@LandbergTileTV
@LandbergTileTV 2 года назад
Missed this comment Flip. Yes, situations always dictates when we pull out the 10" IQ. If we can set up right next to the shower/bathroom, that's when we pull it out. We have been using the 7" IQ with our Montolit 24" cutter for most of our showers recently. The porcelain snaps clean enough for the side walls and sometimes the niche and we use the 7" for some niche cuts and notch cuts for the curb. I don't think the IQ 10 could replace a wet saw completely. Right now we are using our Dewalt d36000 for a mitered niche which the IQ would struggle at. The blades get burned pretty quick also. At the end of the day when using a 10" saw, it's 50/50 with wet and dry depending on size of bathroom and location setup.

I no this guy makes it look so easy. I fight and struggle still with getting my install to look some what comparable with Landberg and I have been doing tile for 25 years. It is humbling to see someone younger than yourself breeze through install like him. It also keeps me interested in getting better and faster I'm so slow because it can be a fight some days but I never was much of a quitter anyway. 54 and I would love to be his helper for a while just to see if some of that would rub off on me lol.
