In this episode, I reflect on the long journey toward gender inclusivity in healthcare, focusing on how small steps can gradually move us toward meaningful change. It’s easy to feel overwhelmed by the enormity of the task, but each small action matters in the greater picture.
Join me as I explore how learning about gender diversity benefits not only transgender and nonbinary patients but improves care for everyone. Along the way, I’ll share personal stories and experiences, encouraging you to keep your focus on the progress already made and the steps still ahead.
Are you ready to take your first step toward more inclusive care?

It's just a matter of education. If healthcare providers would stop trying to put drug addicts into useless treatment centers and start providing them with drugs they need, then we could end the war on drugs. Of course, the drugs would have to be made affordable if not free.

This is all fine. But we have to accept that if gender is just a social construct, then race certainly is as well. To accept the transgender community, we must also accept the trans racial community. The fact that our society allowed Rachel Dolezal to be fired from her job with zero pushback is unacceptable.

In simple language many doctors have a know it all attitude when they don't know what they don't know. Trans patients try to educate doctors but they refuse to listen or open their mind. I have also found too many that can't or won't leave their religion at home or church. Politicians and religious are very bad doctors, you mush educate them and the harms they are doing.
