Yes, interesting. The way I see it, Nature is full of variables, in fact it is the variables that power evolution. If every creature was born exactly as a copy of its parents there would be no evolution. Therefore we should expect that, aswell as the odd differences in the body of a child, that may or may not be an advantage, there might be a difference in the brain, and you cannot normally even see the brain, never mind see how it functions, without specialist equipment. I'm not sure what I would do if someone who was clearly of one sex, asked for me to refer to them as the opposite sex. I think they would actually have to look like the opposite sex i.e. I think I could easily refer to Blair White as 'she'. So I'm afraid outward appearance might matter for me, but I won't know for sure untill tested. It's a difficult one, but its when non binary and trans people walk over binary people, disrespect them, when people are cancelled, sacked, laws made to control speech. That is where the problems arise.
Biology. Atonomy. Hormones. Energy. Are indicaters of sex. Gender identity is a fantasy. You can express however you want, you can never change the sex you were born with. If you have gender dysforia, you have a challenge. You can either go with the challenge or try to surpress it, and it will make you feel worse. You can accept you as you are. You are born a perfect imperfect human being, learn to affirm, accept, respect and love yourself. As you are. We all have feminine and masculine energy within. Hair, colors, clothes, nails, makeup etc has nothing to do with sex.

In simple language many doctors have a know it all attitude when they don't know what they don't know. Trans patients try to educate doctors but they refuse to listen or open their mind. I have also found too many that can't or won't leave their religion at home or church. Politicians and religious are very bad doctors, you mush educate them and the harms they are doing.

Just because many people are born with extra fingers, we don’t refer to the amount of fingers on a human as a ”spectrum”.
Also I used to work in a urology office and I can tell you a lot of the male urologist felt extremely uncomfortable when "women" patients came in for anything. I think it's weird they have any male reproductive issues you go to the urologist but women? Do we go the urologist, the gynecologist or the gynecologist? Like why isn't there a separate branch of urology for men? That's because urology includes "men's" reproductive organs plus the urinary system. It's so weird in my opinion.

Don't play dumb, you know exactly what this person is telling you, medically speaking you have biological individuals, either male or female, as a gynecologist I assume you learned the female anatomy, the role of each hormone, the way they are controlled by the ovaries and the stages of an egg or if there is an embryo and how it changes the body. I challenge you to explain here, how a male would produce any of those changes unless it is a female with a lot of external changes that make her look like a male. And don't mistake this as hate to trans people, everyone should be free to live their lives however they see fit, however, you are talking as an MD to other professionals in the field. Do you gender a newborn? Doesn't it matter medically? What is gender assigned at birth mean? Is a persons biology unimportant or irrelivant? Do infants have feelings about what sex they are or what to define themselves? At what age then do we consider the childs feelings about these things? Help! I don't understand.

As a health care professional in europe who have worked with trans people for more than twenty years now, it infuriates me to see the consequences on the real life of human beings because of the disinformations and the lies of hatefull biggots. Giving birth to many opinions based on fallacies and ignorance. Many people believe today that surgeries are being done to children and that hormones are given to kids like candies. Never in my entire career have I seen such things. Although, I have seen many young poeple taking their own lives because of the irreverible damage that forced puberty imposed on them. Because, in spite of all our efforts, we couldn't help them face familly and society pressure, the guilt slapped on their little faces and the distance forced by parents from loving and caring communities.
just like how a kid isn't allowed to touch alcohol until there brain has developed properly a kid should not be touching stuff that affects there body even more then alcohol which includes transitions im not against it to be exact im against kids doing it they shouldn't be allowed to if they still want that when there 18 and above go ahead i could care less but allowing a child todo something that changes there entire life down the line is horrible and shouldn't be supported and you might argue that after puberty it's very hard to transition since the bodies already gone through immense changes but it's better then regretting something you can't come back from
I heard that this advantage that say male ( i use that in general terms ) has is 1. Testicles 2. Testicles that produce testosterone and 3. Your body receives that Testosterone. If you have ALL 3 of those. You wouldn't qualify for the Female ( Again i use that in general terms.) category. I believe xy chromosome isn't where the advantage is. The question on fairness and advantage has to be defined. Thoughts ?
