Hi Dee. Hope you got to rest a little. Happy to hear your mom is better. I don't comment often since I watch youtube on my tv. Nice your garden last longer in CA temps. -Mary Christo.
I love the analogy you made…it’s really true! We do have choices. Sometimes it’s necessary to shut down, as long as we eventually start back up again. You are such an amazing person with a strong and beautiful soul. I hope this messages gives you hope and peace as you take care of Queen G. and your family. 💜 Miss you my friend! ☺️
Hey friend! You are doing such an important and selfless thing taking care of your mom!💞 I hope she is feeling better! Great tiny tidy! Thanks for sharing!😊
🛁 That was extremely good advertising because anyone of a certain age remembers that Calgon commercial! I really appreciated your analogy about choosing Shut Down or Reset. I had a shut down day on Monday and hit the reset button today. I'm sorry to hear about your mom's health scare. That brings all kinds of stress and anxiety, followed by a depressive crash. I'm glad you know to rest whenever needed. 💛
So happy that your mom is feeling better and that you see feeling better as well! Loved the shut off / restart analogy!! I love your planner!! Your garden looks so pretty 💞. Have a beautiful day 💞xoxo💞
Hey Sunday Dawn👋🏻 My desk is always chaos. Your livingroom is beautiful. Love that window. I'm new here and really enjoy your content. Its so satisfying taking a razor blade to the oven. Thanks for the motivation. Can't wait to get to know you. Great video! Tfs
I totally relate to the exhaustion. My mother in law moved in with us a couple months ago after a scare in the hospital and worsening Parkinson’s. It can all be overwhelming at times. But the time I spent in the garden clearing was really energizing. We’re settling into our new routine with my son homeschooling and my mother in law joining in on the adventures here. I have been shut down too. I feel like I’m coming out of that too. Good video. ❤🙏🏻
Sounds like we're both trying to get out of the funk lately. I'm glad your MIL is with you! I love having my Mom with us. Thank goodness for our gardens huh? Hugs to you!
We all need a "restart".... today is my day to do that. Papers to file, scan and shred. I can NOT believe you still have strawberries. They look so juicy. We are getting ready for a cold spell this week and then a warm up. Mother Nature must be going thru the "change". LOL. Anyhow... give your mom a hug for me and I hope she is doing better.
I think you will be getting our little heat wave your way! I harvested a lot of tomatoes during the weekend. I agree, the "change" in weather for sure. Have a great day Lynn!
Hi Dee! Thinking about you. Praying for your Mom, you and your family. Bless you all. ❤️ I remember those Calgon ads in the 60s-70s. Was it in the 80s too? I’m older. And, I still sing that tag line. But, don’t forget the ad for Enjoli. That one brings up the strong woman feelings when I need them. And, I sing that one too. ▫️I’m working on reining in the whiny voice in my head with a little mantra of “Just do it.” And, sometimes… “I don’t wanna, but I’m gonna.” ▫️I seem to RESTART every week. If I don’t do my weekly plan - I lose track of LIFE. I missed 2 Appts one recent week - because I didn’t take some time to plan the week. And, with my sleep pattern still so off - I don’t leave myself enough time to correct my course in the day. How long can you give yourself grace before you gotta get real? No one talks about that part. I think when you miss Appts When it begins to create problems. it’s time. 😄
This week is Zone 3: Bathroom & Landry Closet. Today I grabbed a small trash bag and started decluttering in the bathroom. I worked on it each time I went to the bathroom today. Several tiny tidies. I finished our large medicine cabinet & the vanity under sink cab and 2 drawers. Tomorrow - I’ll work thru the linen closet. I found it much simpler to tackle the bathroom in short bursts with the goal of only removing unwanted items. I can clean those areas another day. They aren’t bad. I just did a big purge in August.
@@DeeLovelyLife that’s interesting as I fertilize as well and used the more expensive soil. Maybe it was just a bad season here. I saw another persons tomatoes this year and their plant looked worse than mine. 🤷🏼♀️
Oh Dee we are both in need of some serious Calgon 😅 I'm so sorry you're going through such a difficult time but just know that you're not alone ❤ you know what they say...misery loves company 😂❤😘
