Small train crawling down the NS Cement Secondary, SD40E  

I was in the right place at the right time to see NS H75 exiting the Cement secondary with a very short train of 3 cars.
NS 6303 was built in 1984 as SD50 #6523, and was rebuilt in 2006 as an SD40E #6303. After being rebuilt, it served as a helper on the Pittsburgh line for more than a decade, before being relegated mostly to local trains in eastern PA. The ditch lights remain oddly mounted even after the helperlink box was removed.
