Small Unit Leadership Evaluation I 

Small Unit Leadership Evaluation I (SULE I) is one of the graded leadership events at Officer Candidates School (OCS). During SULE I candidates are graded on their ability to lead a fire team of candidates through an objective. SULE I is conducted by leadership and academics Marines stationed at OCS who oversee all graded leadership events and conduct all academics classes for candidates.
