Boys And girls keep going. after my first 2 years on youtube I only had 200 subscribers. I dreamed of having that play button one day in my hand, and getting that feeling of take it out the box... I've said to myself I'm going to give it my all every day 100% everything.They it started. but it stopped at 40k subs, for 1.5 years I only got 300 or 400 views on a video, I wanted to stop. but I wanted it so badly my dream the 100k subs, everybody on school said you can’t but i knew it i can do it. And on June 14, 2020 I achieved my dream and it was the best day in my life. So keep fight🔥

Today I try to improve myself by using my own voice to do commentary in my gameplay videos. Hopefully I can still enjoy making videos and to live the way I want.

I’ve been watching RU-vid for years now and seeing what other people do has kinda pulled me towards making my own RU-vid videos. So I started just recently and I already feel like something is just so right about making them. I don’t have many subs, my content needs improvement, and I could use some tech upgrades, but I enjoy making the videos so much and I’m going to try my hardest to make my dream of becoming a successful youtuber come true. I began RU-vid about 2 1/2 months ago. I have gained 67 subscribers and I motivate myself everyday saying to myself, "Almost 70 people is a lie. You make them all happy and if your stopped, they would be sad."
Yeah, even if the stats aren't always improving as quick as we want, whenever you're learning new things about youtube or video editing etc, it's all helping to move up to the next level, right? 🎮

I've been looking for motivation as I added a big workload that's taking time away from my channel. So finding the balance to get both aspects done is where my big hurdle climb is at. Thank you for making this video! Just gotta take it one step at a time!
I needed this a lot - and the feeling of encouragement that we are all on the same path. We put so much effort and love into what we create, and sometimes it hurts not having the results that we want...just not yet...Be patient... We have to keep going. Best of luck! My suggestion would be to take 'Vlog #number' out of the start of your titles. You could maybe have that in the thumbnail, but then make the title something more searchable and enticing to click :) keep up the great work with your channel.
VERY well done. I feel motivated, and great perspective: There are many thing I don't consider on a daily basis while in "the grind." That "consider your entire audience in one room" is a powerful image, and the "It's supposed to be hard, and it exponential" are excellent reminders to things we should know about the machine.

I have had the same issue with RU-vid for months. I would record what I set out to do, sometimes I skip through it and think to myself „this video could end up great, it ended up so entertaining!“ Yes, I never get to the editing. I wanted to make RU-vid videos for years, but my lack of concentration, partially because of ADD, the things I record never end up seeing the surface.
As I think of it, YouTubing is like a new video game you are playing. If the button q doesn’t block the damage, try e, if that doesn’t work, try z, if that doesn’t work mash every single button until you find the one that does it. RU-vid is like that. If one style doesn’t work, try another, and another, and another, you will succeed in the end
Bro before watching this video i was thinking i could not be sucessfull in youtube but now i got boosted up and now i am not going to give up i will work more and i believe that i will be sucessfull in youtube one or the other day thanks for creating such powerfull motivation video👍.
I have a channel and dont care about views or subs until today, one of my friends hit 20 subs and i only have one. They keep on going on about their channel even though they were never aloud one, so thx for making this it made me happier about how you start small but then grow!

I won't quit but I still get discouraged sooo fast. It's the "one video away" thing that keeps me motivated, because it's true, for most RU-vidrs it only took one viral video to get them dozens of subscribers and build a momentum.

I was griding for 2 months straight, went from 0 subscribers to 4,3k in that time period and also almost 1M views, sadly my channel has not been monetized and i gave up and deleted most of my videos. Its the first day of the 2021 when im posting that comment, im gonna start again on this channel and see you in the future! Good luck for everyone who want to be succsessfull on RU-vid! :)

Guys this is not true. let me just say that i been on this grind for a year and i only gained 178 subs while other channel get 1k at that time so this proves that i suck and if you been on this for like 3 months and got 38 subs then u also suck people dont comment on your videos Like i dont even know if i have a audience or not i only get like 9 views and no comments or likes, this sucks So can someone tell me like why people are not commenting on my videos and not liking my videos? i see my audience retention but i dont know if ppl actually like the stuff that i MAKE and again 178 subscribers is a trash work like i dont even know how to edit and i frickin suck at this If you want you can check my videos and you can clearly see that its horribly trash. i dont know how people get over 1k views or 24 views in 3 minutes like what the actually FUCK i get 24 views in like a day or 2 and also why am i not growing if ive been here for a year i should have atleas 1k subs so this is really weird. i mean i love making videos but why i dont get people to comment like share and subscribe? at my opinion this is just horrible.

Been making vids nearly a year on only an android and ios 4 and am on 240 subs its so crazy you can gain that much people but trust me its taken a lot of effort and hard work late nights making vids and early mornings only in the last couple of days has the algorithm started to pick up ob my vids and ive gained 20 subs in the last 3 days so its possible cause if a small irish boi like me from the country side can get together that ammount of subs you definitely 100@% can to!! I clicked on some comments on this video and they say theyre gonna keep going and i click on their channel and they havent uploaded in 3 months or more so that shows you gotta have a good work ethic and motivation because its very easy to give up❤️ love u guys and i genuinely hope you succeed
Thank you 💕 motivation I needed. I have been building my channel for the last couple of years and it has grown but not as fast as some others. I realize now that I can't compare myself to other people. I am my own niche.. lol! Growth comes with hard work. We have to keep grinding and keep moving forward.
