And why cauldrons or blocks needed in the middle of the wheel coding?

I finally figured it out by first decoding the original then figuring out how it read everything and then filled all ten segments with black wool as a placeholder. Then starting with making it display 9 I worked my way back to 0, with 1 and 0 being the trickiest because of how it all works. the 3 cauldrons in the center don't need to be changed, just the tape on the outside. Starting from the top left and going clockwise the right cycle is: 2B33311233 the middle cycle is: B11B212B23 and the left cycle is: 03B2B3B200. This will cycle the digits starting at 9 and going down to 0.

Justin Davis... I followed your data-tape, and it worked (except for one block: the 'B' on the left section should be '0'. It affected the number 7). Can I ask how you then connected the two panels??? I'm having difficulty and the second digit (section) updates at number 5, when it should update at number 0.

To get the second display working notice how there's a single 3 in the middle tape. That cauldron is behind the top most block on the back side (the one with a dust on it) when the display is 0. So I put a compartator in front of that block (so that it pulls the cauldron value from behind the block) and then ran 3 pieces of redstone dust leading to a torch. That way the torch is on as long as the display is not 0. The clock mechanism to do the countdown is hooked up to fire each digit at the same time and the first digit locks the second digits repeater unless 0 is displayed.

Beautiful. Works perfectly. Thanks for that. I'm curious to know if you're building a 60 minute timer, like I am. Starting the timer at 60 is simple, it's the resetting that now is the problem for me. Are you on a console, or PC?

It´s theoretcly impossible to get smaller. It might theoretically be possible though.

ikr the restone for pe is very different. there is nothing like quaziconnectivity and other stuff.

Try using "Block:redstone_block" instead of the tileid

I believe TileID has changed from being a number to a string... You'd have to do more research, though.

The tile id has been removed and is now minecraft:(block name) EX:minecraft:redstone_block
