Thanks guys for one of the most heart worming shows you have ever done. Turtle man you are very inspiring and have got me to want to do some site fishing for smallies witch I will have to give up some turkey hunting time. I haven't had time to use my ranger in 2 years. I've been saltwater fishing but that's going to change thanks to your show. I haven't forgotten a thing of how it's done and where to go ,in Mass. God Bless you Turtle man.

Fantastic video! Congrats on sayin things how it is. I am 100% in the camp of "this is God's world", and I agree, anytime I'm out, it's time to talk to God and the peace that comes from being out there is always worth it. Life throws all sorts of crap at us, and fishing has helped save me over the years. I sincerely thank you all for not editing out the REAL conversation and meaning behind all this. Catching fish, while exciting, in a way, is just a bonus. Spending time in nature, with friends, with God, is worth every second. I hope I got many more years to go before He calls me home. I have been fishing quabbin for smallies, salmon, and lake trout for about 10 years now and my father has been sense the late 60’ with fly rods and absolutely love the place I can’t wait for opening day every year. Very special place.

The best thing about the quabbin turtle man said multiple times, no houses, and the other best thing is the HP limit on the lake, 25hp 4 stroke 20hp 2 stroke which means that there's no pleasure boats or jet skis just fishermen and the beautiful outdoors
