DAMN!!! That was a REALLY REALLY GOOD scene between 'Lois' and Jimmy! 😢... 😭 Damnnit! That would have made this Episode even BETTER!! They should have gone with *less* Oliver and Zatanna 🙄
The first scene should have been kept in for sure, just to balance out that Lois had had to skip out of Chloe's birthday party at the beginning of the episode, and to have Lois tell Chloe she has nothing to be envious of. They also should have had Erica wear her hair like that a bit more often because boy does it suit her! The second scene is also very good but I can see why they left it out because Chloe isn't in touch with Jimmy at this point and she is having to be secretive with Lois because of the whole Davis thing, and Jimmy'd just think it was Lois who came to see him. The last scene, as impressive as it makes her look, makes no sense because Chloe would never actually take physical charge like that. She was already having to convince mind-whammied Clark that she was Chloe not Lois, so why would she do something that her cousin is more likely to do?
I can see why they removed these scenes lol. First one can be misinterpreted (mexican), the one where she's talking to Jimmy is confusing. And Lois plowing into a ton of blue bins would really hurt.
Probably lack of time. If they were included something else had to be cut. The 2nd one with the camera was not needed since she could've easily looked at herself in the mirror. Talisman had probably the best deleted scenes, one of which is only on 1 version of the season 3 DVD set and was very significant and probably for the same time reasons they had to cut them out.
Chloe’s relationship with Clark was one of the reasons why I loved Smallville. I know Lois was always destined for Clark. Not Chloe. Chloe IMO loved him the most out of the 3 ladies in Clark’s life and I felt like at times he never really appreciated just how much she did for him. It wasn’t always easy keeping his secret from Jimmy, Lana, Lois, etc. Clark and Chloe share something that no other couple shares on this show. I just don’t feel the passion between Lois and Clark in this show. I hope I don’t get hateful comments on that but I have to be honest. People say Clark never felt romantically about Chloe. I disagree. 🙏 There’s something there.
There definitely was. Clark seemed disappointed when Chloe told him that she didn’t except anything to happen between them after there kiss during dark Thursday. By the time Clark Decided he wanted to give Chloe a chance she had already moved on. She even told Clark on her wedding day that he blew it
@@zacharydrake156 Yeah. Clark always regretted it. Don Whitehead one of the producers was interviewed about the show back when it was on the air. I have the magazine article clipping somewhere in my memorabilia. The person asked him which of the 3 ladies loved him the most. He said Chloe. Then he was asked if there was ever a chance Clark and Chloe would start dating. He said they were exploring that idea and that Tom at the time was open to it. Clark so many times could have used that opportunity to tell her how he really felt. Even if she was dating Jimmy at the time I do feel she would have broken up with Jimmy for good. I loved Jimmy but he loved Chloe more than she loved him. She loved Clark from the beginning and never stopped believing in him. :)
@@clairemendoza8082 I doubt she would have broken up with jimmy for Clark. It was proven in an episode where Chloe and jimmy were hooked up to a lie detector that she was only in love with jimmy. She also brushed off her and Clark’s kiss during the black out episode. I think she moved on romantically after she found jimmy. Of course she will always be loyal to Clark and I think her loyalty to Clark comes first before her romantic relationships (rather that’s healthy or not is up for debate 😂) I loved Chloe and jimmy together tho
@@zacharydrake156 You're correct about the lie detector test thing. I have an article from a magazine from my Smallville memorabilia days of this particular episode and originally Chloe was supposed to answer differently but Brian Peters & Kelly Souders who took over after Alfred and Miles left thought it would be better to not go there. There were some fans who were getting tired of the love triangles and wanted Chloe with Jimmy. As a massive Chloe fan I always wanted her and Clark to date if only for 1 season but we never got a chance to see that. Came oh so close in season 6. Don't get me wrong. I love Jimmy and he's a great character but I never saw her look at him the way she looked at Clark. Just my own personal opinion. :) Even Tom Welling said years ago on the set when asked by an interviewer what was Clark's biggest regret? Tom said Clark had so many but one of them was not pursuing things further with Chloe. I agree with you on her loyalty. She was so loyal to Clark through thick and thin. More than Lois or Lana could ever be. :)
