This is a great guide, thank you!! I will be using this to replace my ruined seat cover. The only thing that remains a mistery is how i undo the seatbelt guide from the seat itaself( it’s requested to remove this part too in order to remove the upper cover)
I have no idea if you need to remove it in order to change the seat cover, but I’m sure if you poke around you’ll see if it is sitting on clips or if the seat cover simply removes around it.

Hi, i made a great mistake and did not disconnect the battery before doing this procedure. Is there any way I can get rid of the airbag system warning?
Mine came with it, but if yours did not, there is a female thread in the seat frame that accepts the armrest. You just need to buy the OE armrest, cut the seat exactly where the armrest mounts, bolt it in and cover the bolt hole with provided plastic cover.
