I love how she adjusts the coins in your hand, placing them just so. Mice are so organized! My little guy likes to adjust my fingers when I'm holding him so it's just right. :)
That mouse is like, "I don't know if I have enough money! *puts another coin in hand* Is that enough? No? Okay, how about one more..." Haha. So freaking cute! :D
They are both great. I've had both for 23 years! Mice are really smart too! I had a mouse that told us my sister was about to have a seizure. We were having pasta for dinner, Trinket kept running from one placemat to the other. We had no idea what he was trying to tell us. He finally went up to my sister's plate, took pasta from that plate, and and dumped it in front of my Mom.None of us knew what he wanted. Then we got it. He drew our attention to her We were ready to help her.
Anyone who's ever had the grave misfortune of having had to run a register knows that this mouse is smarter and better trained than many so-called humans.
When some cashiers start out and have never done it before, bad at math, or were lazy in school the issue becomes more noticeable. However with practice, a good school with good teachers and a good mother or father that helps them, a store that is patient enough to send them back and forth between Cashier and say...Bakery assistant or any other job in the store will eventually get them used to it after so many times practicing. They become good enough to end up doing nightshifts without relying on other elder cashiers. I once made a man so angry he was yelling me and stormed out of the store. It was the best lesson for me to learn to do better and not fail customers ever again.
@TheVocalTune This comment is nine years old dude, you alright Also, if the only thing you did to make that guy angry was doing your job, then you were not in the wrong there. You didn't specify what made him angry so I don't wanna assume things right away but nobody should be yelling at anyone like that guy did at you unless you REALLY did something wrong- which, if you were in fact doing your job like I assume you would be, you were doing exactly what you're supposed to do !! The customer isn't ALWAYS right. There's really shitty people out there who simply do not care about the wellbeing of the work staff they're talking to
@@goldenfreddy64 I agree. Mentioning the date of the original comment was a strange remark on their part. It's not like the person doing the reply has kept thinking about the original comment and then finally decided to reply years later. It's just that the video stays online forever, thus they saw the comment at that point in time and thought of something to say. What's so weird about that?
Try to teach him that two coins means no treat, one coin means absolutely no treat, three coins means dull treat, four coins means favourite treat; if you know what I mean....
I would keep ‘em with me and whenever I needed to count my change at the store, I’d have my little mouse friend do it for me I’d make sure to get enough snacks for both us
@cheerioTrainer Hi! This is a great basis! I'd reward her for hiding it and let her do so several times, later I'd block her from entering her hidebox (or whatever) with a high value treat in my hand and exchange it for the object. After some practice she should begin to bring it straight to your hand.
Mice are cute in videos like this, but right now I hate them because there are wild mice stuck in the ceiling above my room and I'm having the hardest time getting them out so I started placing mouse traps up there with peanut butter on them, but the stupid things aren't falling for it and either leave it alone, swipe the peanut butter off without getting caught, or move the trap. They are extremely active between 11:30 pm to 5:00 am when I'm trying to sleep and I have a fear of them finding a way in my room so I've been having a hard time sleeping hearing these things run around above my head.
+CorkyBurrito Have you tried to fit in a box trap? Use one that has a one way entrance then once they get caught you can relocate them. My aunt had some in the ceiling too and it worked. Turns out there was an open crevice for bugs and animals up there from the roof.
That is the cutest thing EVER! On the wonderful day I get rats again I sill start training them to bring me things for trade. I did have a rat who liked to steal mail and put it in their cage, but she ran past me and let me check it first. Sometimes I would keep it, sometimes it was nothing important and she could have it. She learned that after I said, "Hey, what are you stealing?!?!" the first time and grabbed it from her for review. Smart girl! Helped me sort out my piled up mail too...
Oh hell yes to the comment below! "GIVE THIS MOUSE A DISCOUNT!". I got 4 girl mouses, they're a year old now. Such unbelievably gentle animals, even if you don't train them like the mouse in this special video.
Everyone seems impressed at how smart the mouse is, but if she was really smart, she would have haggled with you over the price for her treat. I'm just kidding, your mouse is really clever and cute.
mouse: coin!!! coin for treat??? mouse: ... 2 coin?? you want 2 coin??? mouse: ....... i will keep adding coin until i receive the fabled treat!!!! mouse when you give treat: 😈nyehehehe, humans are so silly, giving away a precious treat for some silly coins
