SmartCrutches - gimmick or game changer? | Best crutches for Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome 

oh. Thank you so much. I've used underarm crutches for 30 years, then have used ergonomic forearm crutches for about 15 years on and off, but always for the last 9ish years. (I have had CRPS - Complex regional pain syndrome - for 45 years. Recently, i have developed trigger fingers that hurt and lock. both hands. I need surgery. Doc says it's definitely from using crutches for so many years. So, I walk with my hands and my hands don't like it anymore. I was thinking these but because of your video, i didn't stop to think how they would affect my shoulders. I have had bilateral Rotator cuff surgery and retore both of the them. No pain right now but I didn't think about the pressure on my shoulders. Not good. Thank you so much. I was just about to buy a pair - except there are a few bad reviews of them breaking easily. I guess it's the $2300 (! loan) to get a hoist installed in my car for my AirHawk lightweight folding wheelchair. I've had it for over a year and no way to use it to get out and about. And it's a mental adjustment. After both hand surgeries, it's a total hip from a fall. Thanks for your video. important information.

Would love a pair, I've tried a cane but the wrist pain was present, the only way a walking stick works is if my knees start grinding and the pros way out the cons. Wish electric wheelchairs could give me more independence to go outside but most places aren't accessible for them. Anyway thank you for mentioning it wouldn't be good for shoulder problems since mine have been dislocating for a while, maybe a rollator would help with the knees without causing shoulder and wrist pain.
