Where do you publish concrete data that supports all the talk about how amazing everything went? Without concrete data for a 100-200 ha paddock, one cannot expect the banks to dare to enter into a restructuring of operations.
You are dead right, the concrete data is paramount. We are working on various solutions to address this, and so are some other great companies in our network. Banks also need to recognize natural capital assets and adapt to the regenerative framework.
It's preposterous to imply that we have to eat animals just because we can't eat grass. There are plenty of plants that we can consume without the need to kill animals and be healthier for it, by the way.
