Hello gamers! Hop here. I read a lot of comments on the channel so I know a lot of you guys prefer a less edited style of video as it's more chill/relatable/cozy etc. This video is a trial edit for a new editor we hired to keep up with daily uploads, so the vibe is quite different to usual! I think it's a great edit with a lot of effort and funny jokes, but we have asked for a bit of a tone down, especially in zoom ins, going ahead. If you're looking for a 24/7 chill underdogs video to study/relax/fall asleep/eat to then this may not be it! but if you do want to pay full attention to a video and treat it more like a main channel video of Zack's on mine, I would highly encourage that as there are some GEM moments here! I wish the spooky bit was around for every single video, but only for a few seconds at a random point each time to add to its spooky factor. Calling all of the lame things “scary” makes it 10x funnier and it’ll never get old

So far both bits Little Z has hated have been absolutely hilarious. I think he’s just jealous he didn’t come up with it

I did enjoy the editing on that one! It's the mix between chill, relaxed videos and these ones that make the best out of the channel. The zoom ins were a little excessive, since you can't watch the other three, but apart from that I liked it a lot!

Honestly, the editing is stellar! the only thing I noticed is that bits far into the match are used and then previous bits of the match are used, and commentary is used even though its not the one that was said at the same time as the gameplay... I get WHY they did it: to create a narrative where we have epic/funny moments and the good parts of the commentary, but it does break the narrative of the game itself when ppl like me notice the stocks... Tho its fair to say i should just not look at the stocks and enjoy, but i do wish continuity breaks like this would be avoided where possible. Emphasis on when possible, great video.

I dont know about Zack, but that dragdown boys bit was one of the funniest things ive seen in a while

Man, Zach telling them not to do the two funniest bits of the video would’ve sucked if they didn’t completely disobey him, making him angrier, therefore the video 1000x funnier. Btw, can you miss once? I’m starting to think it’s impossible. Every video this month has enhanced every day for which I watched them, thanks for the incredible content. Alongside the pod and irl content you’ve become without a fraction of a doubt my favorite group on the platform

6:40 watching this a year later, after Drag-Down DeDeDe has become one of the most enduring jokes on the channel, and hearing Zack say "we're never doing this bit again" is pretty funny

The first 5 seconds of the video makes me laugh already. That says something.

Funny enough, the video where the new editing complaints popped up was fine for me, but this one did start to bother me a little. The editor is great, don't get me wrong, but the zoom-ins were off a lot of the time. I think they should just not zoom in as far, so we get to see a little more but don't have to deal with erratic camera movement. You can still zoom in pretty far, but maybe zoom it out just a LITTLE bit. If the editor sees this, I hope you come back for more, I like your style, and that Cogger meme in the beginning is beautiful

I know it's a bit of a controversial opinion, but I personally love the more edited videos just as much! Especially with structured videos like the Olympics, the editor almost feels like a fifth (sixth?) underdog.

I will say as much as the chill vibes are nice these kind of upbeat and more jam packed videos are great also providing many funny moments (both on the gaming and irl channel). The all blue shells and the other insanity had me dying in the most recent mario kart video. I personally would love to see a mix of both in the future!
